I know that stores are struggling with supply chain issues and so forth but I'm really disappointed that HyVee is no longer offering paper bags with handles. Without the handles you're almost forced to use plastic bags which of course is not desirable. I've also noticed that the store is out of a lot more items. This isn't limited to niche items. On the positive side since the pandemic we have been using the Hy-Vee delivery service which is reliable and reasonably priced.

Terrible billing service. Stood there for over 45 minutes. Just unbelievable how rude billing is. The regular counter folks are great. But it would be nice if billing was not so rude and actual talked to you as a person.I will be transferring elsewhere.

Hy-Vee in Winona catered my daughter’s wedding. The food was amazing and the service wonderful! The server’s were awesome! So nice and professional! Food was served hot and we were outside on a cool day! I received many compliments on the food and would highly recommend them to cater any event. They truly made her wedding even better! Thank you all!

We love shopping at Hy-Vee. It is always clean and well-stocked, and has friendly, helpful staff. The Market Grille is a good place to eat with delicious meals and nice workers taking care of everything.

The First Lady I spoke with was rude and unwilling to help me find the best price of either the Good RX Gold or regular Good RX she stated she can’t be running multiple cards. I then called back and Emily picked up. Her voice was friendly and she was able to help me very smoothly. I loved her customer service ? THANK YOU EMILY!!!!
