Recently, when I walked into the HBC headquarters in Winona, Minnesota, I did not know I would receive such an excellent level of service and support it would exceed even my optimistic expectations. After relocating halfway across the country, I stopped by HBC to inquire about connecting their services to my place. I shared my wonderful experience with HBC with them from when I lived in Minnesota nine years earlier. Their service was fantastic, tech support was great, and once, an employee came out after hours to help after a squirrel tried to make his home in a box.I had just moved back from California and looked forward to their outstanding service upon returning to Minnesota. I knew of HBC's exceptional technical support and high-quality internet services. I couldn't wait to get Hiawatha Broadband Communications in my home again! I knew of no better internet service provider than HBC.When I learned HBC did not provide service to the trailer park I had just moved into, I was beyond disappointed. I was devastated. I was heartbroken!I was determined not to continue with the internet service provider I was limited to in California or sign a contract with another company. I was tired of having the internet hang in the middle of my work and frequently having to restart the router and modem. I was frustrated every time many in our remote mountain neighborhood reported that their internet and phone service was malfunctioning again. I was frustrated at the end of the night when I wanted to enjoy a little TV, but it would only spin and spin and spin and finally drop altogether.The day I entered the HBC office, I was blessed to meet Amie Krueger, a dedicated employee who took on my case. She was professional in every way from the beginning. Amie is intelligent and has a wealth of knowledge about HBC, its systems, and all its inner workings. She immediately committed to finding a solution to get me HBC services. She wasn't just a worker sitting in an office. Amie got to work and dedicated herself to doing everything possible to help me get HBC. It wasn't like she just wanted another customer. It felt like Amie genuinely cared about my happiness as a person. It was so refreshing!While I was still at the HBC office, Amie contacted a technician to determine if installing wiring in my area was possible. She was determined to help me get HBC services! On the first day I met her, I could see that Amie was such a valuable employee to HBC that they may not even realize it.Later, Amie called me and asked if I would be willing to be "sort of a guinea pig" for HBC while they worked to see if they could provide services in my area. Her willingness to do this thrilled me! I was eager to help. Amie's efforts gave me hope that I could get HBC services permanently in the future.Eventually, HBC's services became available in my area. I was among the first people here to connect to HBC at home. Amie allowed me to put an HBC sign in my yard, and I was so proud! I wanted all my neighbors to know they could get HBC, too.Yes, the first day I met her, I could see that Amie was such a valuable asset to HBC that they may not have known it yet. I sure hope they do now. Amie should win a life-changer award because she changed mine, and I am delighted.Thanks to Amie's unwavering commitment and hard work, anyone in our park can now opt for HBC as their service provider. It's been a while since I first connected to HBC services, and I can confidently say they have never let me down, not even once! HBC's services are an integral part of my daily life, enhancing my productivity and leisure time.Amie Krueger has made a world of difference in my life. She went above and beyond her job responsibilities, making a personal commitment to assist me. Without her, I wouldn't have HBC today. I would still be grappling with an unreliable internet service. I would much rather support a company that started locally in Winona County.Amie, I am truly grateful for your help.

I just had Justin and Ethan replace my cable wires and redo my Wi-Fi. They were very pleasant very polite and very very neat. They explained everything to me when they were finished and how it would work. Their workmanship was excellent.
