One of the best apartments I have ever lived in.The building is nice, very well maintained, everything works like it's supposed to, and it's close to everywhere in a quiet neighborhood.Managment was good and responded to all questions and maintenance requests quickly, and was very helpful.Definitely recommended if you need a place to live in Winona.
