no fitting rooms. no returns or store credit. exchanges only. quite outrageous model if you ask me especially considering their prices. have your associates emphasize this policy upon checkout AND have a very large and clear sign at checkout counter

For a building that is at 80% clothing, not having fitting rooms available was shocking to me. When I asked an associate about it, I was advised to try the clothes on out on the sales floor. When I remarked that I wasn't comfortable I was then offered to purchase the items and then take them into the bathroom to try them on. However, if I did not like them I'd be eligible for an exchange/return. Since I'd selected at least 10 items to try on, the idea of purchasing all of them just to return all of them was offensive.i left without buying any clothing because of this.

Way over priced! Have seen so many dollar tree brand items selling for as much as 10 ×'s dollar tree prices. Clothing prices near or above retail.Very little money spent goes to those they "serve". Why else would they ask you to "round up" your total.

I was visiting from out of state with 3 friends. We had many things we wanted to try on. They do not have a dressing room. I asked an employee what the return policy was, she told me I had 14 days to return items with tags on. When we approached the checkout we were told we could only return for an exchange not a refund. I asked if we could use the restroom to try on, she said no. So after deciding to leave the clothing and purchasing household items, as we were walking out of the store, all 3 female workers started laughing and talking about us. I would not be writing this poor rating had they not behaved so unprofessionally toward us as we left. At the beginning of our shopping experience, these same 3 female employees were chatting amongst themselves, saying the F word repeatedly and talking about personal, private issues with DCS. Very inappropriate. Very disappointing.

Great finds BUT there's no fitting rooms. And no store credit. Just exchanges. They also don't have color days off. Not my favorite one to go to.

Seems that the prices are cheaper here than other Goodwill locations. U will not be going home empty-handed.

One of the best Goodwill stores. Always nicely organized. Staff is helpful and friendly. Lots of quality items.

Goodwill used to be where I bought most of my clothes but now I can’t buy from here because there is no way to try on clothes and they don’t accept returns.
