“It's a clean and well maintained store. Nothing special, nothing bad either. You give them money and you get something in return. Tthe items are usually well stocked, even after the supply chain was upended by Covid. I strongly suspect the low stars are simply due to the small population of Winona and the bias toward reviewing negative when you're upset, but doing nothing when you're satisfied. Plus, like I said, it's a store. No one goes bananas when stores perform as expected.”
