Called this morning for a cut with Samantha (The Manager) as she did a wonderful job on my hair last time. Phone person said you have to walk in to make an appointment. I replied, so I drive in from way over in Wisconsin, then drive back after you tell me what time, then drive back in for a cut? Have you paid at the pump lately? This style of booking works for them because they want you to take the next available hairstylist. It doesn't work for many of us. I'm disgusted with their booking procedure and will not be back.

If I could give lower than one star I would. I asked for a retouch and they broke my hair, so my hair is up to my shoulders broken. When they combed it out to tone it, they didn't use any product so all of my hair broke off. To top it off, my retouch is orange. They didn't tone it right. I reached out to the other stylists; all they suggested was treatment and that was it. Horrible service. I feel as if I should give myself a bob because of the damage.

Best haircut experience I've had in years. Sarah (and all the other staff) do an amazing job. I finally had the time to get in the list here. This place absolutely blows the other chain barbers and salons out of the water when it comes to customer service, skills, and even value for your money. I will be back a lot more.
Stylist: I'm very relaxed on what I like to have done because hair grows back. Sarah kept me in the loop the entire time about what she was thinking as far as what I initially asked for.

I have had a ton of great experiences here with getting my hair colored and cut. Yeah, there is a bit of a line when i go on Saturday, but that's to be expected get there early and with no issues.

They had a lot of open chairs but they couldn't get us in until an hour later the I arrived at. I went to cross cutters and get in fast and out all I wanted was a haircut for my son.

Atrocious handling of queues and appointments. I was told over the phone show up at a given time and I could sit down with a particular stylist right then, as their day started. Being unable to make an appointment, which has always been ridiculous, I obliged. I even showed up early and was told 11:45. STOP WASTING MY TIME. I was ready to become a regular, as you have a rather talented stylist that I like. Well, too bad. Horrible business practice, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Don't go here, look for something else. Your time will be wasted."No appointment salon" then why was I told I could come in, at 11, right when I was told one of you stylists would be in, and I would be seen right then? I didn't ask for an appointment, all I asked was when someone was in, your staff offered I would be seen right away, and then reneged. So which is it? Or maybe whomever answered the phone needs to be brought under control. You wasted my time with a promise you apparently couldn't keep. "It is not for everyone," sure, a no appointment salon might not be for everyone, but keeping your promises and not jerking people around should be for everyone.Shame on you.

First and last time coming here. The hair cut wasn't awful, but they ignored what I asked for. I showed a picture of what i wanted it to look like. At the end it was completely different than what they described they were going to do and different than what I asked for. They said it'd grow out to be what I wanted, but it looked nothing like the picture of my ladt hair cut that I showed them.

Thank you so much to Kendall (with a little help from Alexis) for rescuing me from full-on panic mode when I came in with a massive tangle. I thought I was about to lose a ton of hair, but with a lot of time and patience, she was able to work through the mess and save the length! It's a Christmas miracle! I'm so grateful for her help!

My two daughters and I went to get a haircut yesterday and it was the best experience, I'm sorry I can't remember the ladies that cut my hair and my girls, but they were absolutely friendly and nice. They gave my girls and myself the best treatment. We will definitely come back to this salon.

Katie cut my hair today -- it was the first time getting my hair done in 5 years (thanks, covid). She asked how long I wanted the bottom of my cut, the length I wanted, and how I style it. I explained that I blow dry my hair forward and banana clip it, then curl it. She did a great job!
