Went to my trailer this week to find two LP tanks taken. Reported to the owners, no response to date. Guess leaving the gates open during the day isn't working.

I rented an outdoor storage space and was happy with the availability and the ease of reserving and moving in. The lot was always accessible and there were no obstacles to accessing my space. Management was quick to answer questions even over the weekend. I highly recommend this stage company.

Having to move our whole house of items somewhere before we sign for our new house was much less stressful thanks to East Lake Storage! We had to declutter FAST to be able to show our house -- and were able to start moving our things at the click of a button with the option to rent online versus waiting until regular business hours. The place is super secure with the locked (motorized) gates, and a lock is provided for your use. The unit was also really clean, which was appreciated when filling the space with our possessions. Highly recommend!

Well maintained storage units with excellent customer service. I didn’t have to wait when I had any questions or concerns. I was contacted right away and the staff was very helpful. I will be a returning customer for any future storage needs.

Very easy to set up a unit. I really enjoyed the ease of access and the automatic payments came through without a hitch. The whole facility is clean and secure. Would use again.

Got a clean rental space for storage of our extra vehicle for the winter months. All interactions were timely and worked for our needs. Will look for another rental if needed with East Lake Self Storage.
