Heather was an absolute blessing to me.
She was more than willing to make an appointment and meet with me in-person to go over all the paperwork that needed signatures.
She totally helped me through the whole process and took away a lot of my anxiety through all of it.

Heather from Bell Bank was amazing! She helped us get our home in 2 weeks! She was able to fix mistakes that another lender made in the loan process and got it done very quickly! Very direct and to the point doesn’t drag out the process and makes sure you get exactly what she needs in a quickly manner. I highly recommend working with her she doesn’t disappoint!!

When we first started looking for a home, there was more than one person who pointed us in the direction of Heather. Not only did she have amazing financial solutions for us as first time home buyers, but she was with us in every step of this process. Whether it was a late call about final numbers, or just to explain verbiage in our closing documents, she was always a ring away. Not to mention she was working along side us while she was on vacation! Heather never made us feel like we were asking too many questions, and always explained in depth about what we were signing and how the closing process concludes. We will certainly be giving Heather another call when we find our dream home in the future!

Heather Larson is a Miracle Worker!!! It was always a dream of mine to own a home but never thought the goal could be achieved before my 4 children started graduating. After always being turned down for loans or told come back once your credit is higher without really knowing how to I stopped trying...After renting My Apartment I was staying in for a year and my lease was up I didn't renew my lease, the land lord called asking if we'd like to stay for the next year(June2022-2023) and we said yes and we did the same the following year (June2023-2024) as well or so we thought. November 2023 we came home to a letter stating they are remodeling March 2024 and are only reselling to college kids. I was in shock and lost because nothing was available for a family of 6 with 2 cats and a dog. I reached out to the community and Angela Thompson (Realtor) told me to reach out to Heather Larson but of course I was not positive at first automatically thinking here we go another turn down and no place to go in 2 months.Heather Larson coached me though bringing my credit score up, taught me things about keeping my score up and helped me accomplish my dream of getting a loan for my VERY FIRST HOME!!!!!Heather Larson will try with everything she has to get that loan you need! The best mortgage officer there is. After experiencing 5 other mortgage officers (wasting my time, money and credit score,) I realized that no one cares in this industry more than Heather. She goes above and beyond her job description. She educates you on the process and strives to get you the house you are looking for. Don't waste your time with other loan officers or banks. Heather is the sure answer.

She is truly an asset in this industry for first time home buyers and or multi home buyers.
