Usually great this last time not so much. Gave me the wrong rotors ugh. After three trips there still not able to get my brakes fixed. The general manager tried to help. This just wasn't right

Louie from store 3091 in Winona came to my rescue, he helped me fine my part for my mirror I got hit by a deer that day took my whole driver's side mirror off. He found me one and one at a reasonable price. He was very kind hearted and very professional. Thank you autozone for caring about your customers.

Best staff I've met at an AZ and I've been to a few over the years. They're kind and always ready to help. They're also not afraid to say "I'm not sure about that one" which is a big deal for parts store employees in my experience!
Edit: Thanks for the response from the owner! It shows a great deal of pride in your franchise seeing how you address problems here and how you treat your staff! Sincerely, a neighbor near your store.

Went into this store, too look around & noticed how cold it was in this store. I know Minnesota state laws are 65 degrees in a workplace. It was at least 60 or below in this store. Which is not too appreciated with having 2 kids. I’m going to contact corporate about the regulations of the temperature. Mike & Alex were very helpful & friendly! You could tell they knew exactly what they are doing & knowledgeable on any questions I had. I know who & where I will be going for the rest of my vechiles parts. Excellent communication & customer service experience! They deserve a bonus & that’s an understatement of what they knew & were willing to help me with. It’s nice having such great customer service when going into a store, as not many places are that way! Those two clearly have a very strong work ethic & care about their customers!! Thank you to those two guys! They were awesome!!!!

We had the best experience here! My boyfriend and I were traveling Through to go to Nashville and had all our dash lights come on mid trip. We quickly came to the nearest auto zone and were greeted very kindly. We talked them through our situation, they ran the codes and brought in the mechanic the day of (it’s Sunday btw). He came within minutes and was able to get the job done within an hour of us getting there! All of the staff was very kind and professional and never tried to upsell us on anything!! What could have been a $500 expense was only $10. And the mechanic refused the tip that was offered. Overall a great experience!

If you feel like you're missing something in your life, but you don't know what, or who- it just might be Jalissa at winonas autozone, fr.My car has a persistent check engine light, Jalissa, my hero, took care of it, and sent me on my way in under 20min.I'd never been here before, but now I definitely know where I'm going asap if something else comes up.Seriously wonderful customer service and atmosphere!
