“Amazing Experience! My oil changes actually saved me money. I was going elsewhere as I felt a small station would cost me a fortune, I saved at least $40.00 getting my oil change at Gordie’s. They also installed a new battery. I called and was able to get in within a day for both of these services. They have an up-dated waiting area with chips, candy bars and soda for purchase while you wait. Busy,busy place and not once did I see any of the staff stressed out. They took care of each customer with ease and were so calm and kind. An honest hometown business.”

“I have a 1999 Ford Ranger. It was my Dad's truck and he gave it to me before he passed away. I love this truck. I drive it to and from work and when I go fishing and camping. From time to time, it needs work done. I only take it to Joe's. This last time, my brake lines needed care. Ryan Wallace took care of it like he always does, with professionalism and with skill. He's like a good buddy always looking out for you. All those guys at the Winona Joe's are on point. Once again, I will never take my truck to anyone else. Job well done!”

“I had Ken's paint my sun faded/scorched bumpers on my 2012 Mustang I purchased recently that spent most it's days in Florida. They also installed a new from air dam/valance which was broken. They did a superb job matching the bumper color to the car, which is Kona Blue Metallic, and a great job installing the air dam. All done skillfully and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for any body work!”

“I needed a tire taken off the rim and one tire put on the rim. They were very busy and had all their bays filled with vehicles doing extensive work on them. Yet they took the time to help me out with in their eyes was a small job. But still treated me with respect. I would highly recommend this place of business to anyone who asks me where to have tire work done around Winona. Hands down way better than fleet farm or Walmart. I believe that the big guys need to look at what they are doing because the little guy beats their pants off period.”

It was a challenge finding someone who is trustworthy and reasonable in price... until we found BoonDocks Repair. We just picked up our car last night, and they went above and beyond. They fixed everything that was needed and then some. We had some issues with our radio and DVD player. We didn't even ask them to fix it, and they did. I didn't even think it was fixable due to water damage, but they somehow fixed it with little to no charge. “Sugarloaf always goes above and beyond to help you out they never question when a part is broken. I have a Lincoln premium care warranty on my 2020 Lincoln MKZ they know exactly what that premium coverage covers so they schedule an appointment tell me that it'll be in when they say it's going to be in and it is and they know for fact that my warranty will cover it unlike the previous place I went to. If you ever dealt with Dahl Ford in Onalaska Wisconsin with your Lincoln I highly suggest switching to Sugarloaf. You won't know what hit you being treated like a king and not asking to be but that's how they treat you they have the best customer service around. My trust is totally lost with the previous dealership in Onalaska Wisconsin and I'm so happy that I moved on over to Sugarloaf Lincoln and Winona Minnesota I wish I had done it earlier when I had my 2016 Lincoln MKZ. I'm sure I would have suffered less drama than I did with the previous dealership. So whatever you do if you go to Sugarloaf or you're thinking about going there just go don't even consider anything and I don't ask of Wisconsin they aren't worth your time.”
