You can’t book online, you can only call to make an appointment which is very stupid in 2022. I’ve called atleast 5 times over the past week and left two voicemails with my number and no one has reached back out to me to schedule an appointment. Terrible customer service.

Sadly Niki gave the worst cut and color i have ever had. She didn't listen or ask questions. She hurried because she had an appointment. I am ashamed to go anywhere ?

I went to ambitions today to get my nails and toes done. I have been burned by a lot of places so I had low expectations. But janice did a FABULOUS job! My nails are exactly what I wanted! The atmosphere is clean and cozy. The ladies are very nice! Love this place and will definitely be going again and recommending it to everyone! Thanks again janice for doing such a great job!
