Absolutely horrible customer service. Online orders take up to 30 mins past the stated order time. Manager is always outside smoking. And many employees are usually crabby and openly roll eyes when having to go behind counter to actually wait on customers. If you don't have to go inside don't.

i remember when casey’s was fun and all the workers would joke around and have fun. now they have managers getting off on power trips. like really? you’re that insecure?? they don’t care if you’re in the store while a 50 year old loser is talking down on someone young trying their best. i hate going to this location the managers are eyesores.

90 percent of the time you go in there at lunch, they either don’t have pizza out or if they do-It’s breakfast pizzaNot sure who’s working behind the counter but they could really try harder that’s such a simple noon time thing to always have ready

This place is briight and shiny at night as you are passing by on the highway.But... The pumps are old and dirty, the reciept printer did not print. The staff was gruff and/or otherwise occupied with their phones, The women's bathroom was filthy with no paper. The men's bathroom was the same. I'm a guy and I was afraid to touch anything! NOT a wholesome experiance.

Let me share with you about my experience with Jessica.Per directions on the pump had to pay inside. When attempting to pay at the counter Jessica informed me multiple times that I was putting my credit card in incorrectly. It was after attempting to tell Jessica that pump 6 has a sign to pay inside a fellow associate told her the credit card reader was not working on pump 6. So I was going to let it pass as ignorance on the behalf of the employee.After fueling I went in to get a beverage and when I was unable to get ice from the fountain machine I asked Jessica if they had any ice. Her prompt and professional reply was "Nope guess not" and went back to chewing her cud.Usually have a good experience in Caseys but this was horrible and they are paying this associate $10.99 too much per hour.

I started going to Mt. Lake since the Windom one was pretty frustrating. But the few times I've stopped in Windom now, they seem to have improved.
