I only had to wait for about 15 minutes, and the driver was able to figure out the problem pretty quickly. He called a repair shop, and they were able to replace the starter right away.

They charged me $875 for towing service for 2 and a half hours. And now they don’t answer their phone un real. I will be reporting them

I called Willmar Towing, who wouldn't give me their rates, but said they had to check to see if they had a wrecker available and would call me back. Then City Line Towing called me, so maybe Willmar Towing is just a referral service. Might as well have just called City Line Towing directly.
