Sat in the waiting room on multiple occasions for hours, while our dog was literally dying. The last time, the vet left the building for the day while we were waiting. Took our dog elsewhere, where she received absolute last-minute, life-saving treatment. It's been a couple of years since then, and our experience may have been the exception, but we certainly won't experience it there again.
