This wells fargo will not provide senior citizens or low vision people. LARGE PRINT RECEIPTS . A.D.A. not applicable here!Also NO helping family or friends make deposits unless they bring ID & BANK CARDAND ARE THERE IN PERSON!In winter this makes banking next to impossible at the very least very hard.And don't even think about putting 20$ into your grandchildren savings account!Sadly non American citizens can withdraw $9500 cash times 4 people???But that not to buy drugs and laundry money???All of this is confirmed by "bank manger"10/31/2023 10:00a.m.

Worst place ever, no help at all to give me my debit card that I ordered to this bank address. I can't even begin to explain the situation I'm in to not have easy access too my funds. I have been a member with this bank since 2014, but I think that'll change after this experience. Thanks for making wait in the lobby for 20 min just to tell me I can't get my debit card.

I have been with this branch of Wells Fargo for coming up on 4 years with 2 accounts, the staff, they are all just awesome intelligent, up to date and always there to help with whatever is needed, polite friendly professional always a pleasure

I called on Thursday to confirm Saturday lobby hours. The lady said 9am to 2pm. I get there at 1:09pm CLOSED. Drove over two hours to this bank to get a cashiers check to purchase a camper. Went home with no camper. Unbelievable. Will withdraw and close my accounts Monday.

The Wells Fargo app is not working today and of course it is a pay day. I can't login to my account through a web browser either. Wells Fargo should have a rigorous disaster recovery system so that outages like this do not last so long.

This is my bank in Willmar Minnesota and is my only bank that I deal with in Willmar and I know 5 of the Personal bank Representatives and I like all of them very much they are good people and knows the system

Awful service. Do not go here. They have no customer skills. I banked at Wells Fargo for years and I never had an awful experience like I did here.
