Never there when you need them. Prescriptions sometimes take weeks to fill. Hardly ever see the same employee twice - coincidence? Must have a poor work culture/environment because the employees appear to be depressed.

It's Walgreens, no one expects good customer service or for them to open a checkout when there are three or more people waiting. The last time, emphasis on last, I went there, two employees saw I had my stuff ready to be checked out. The one behind the register left and proceeded to flirt with another employee. The one near the register continued to pretend to do organize a shelf. After waiting a good while, i left. Never going back to Willmar Walgreens.

Absolutely do not fill your prescriptions here or get any vaccinations, save yourself some stress and frustration and go to another Pharmacy.After being at the Pharmacy for 35mins, that’s on top of a call to a Pharmacist a few weeks prior about being able to get a Shingles vaccine for being under age 50, while having suffered shingles even with a prescription they refuse to give the shot at a doctors request.

I have had problems with them in the past filling medications but yesterday took the cake.I had outpatient surgery at 8 AM. They sent in the prescription right away so it’d be ready when I left at 11:30.Got an email saying they were working on it. Got a voicemail saying the product was out and they’d need a couple days to fill it. Got a text saying it was delayed. Confusing.Called at 12. Was told they only had one pharmacist on staff and that they were trying to get caught up and that it’d be ready around 2. That’s fine, I didn’t have to take another pain med until 2:30. Called at 2 and was told it wasn’t ready and that the pharmacist was on lunch break and that they weren’t sure when or if it would be ready today. I asked if they could transfer it and they said no I’d have to wait or call the dr to cancel it and send it elsewhere. Mind you I just had surgery and needed pain meds. I called my dr that did the surgery but he was in a surgery and didn’t get to call me back until 430. He cancelled it and sent it to Cashwise and had it ready in 20 minutes.If you need a prescription urgently choose any other pharmacy. Walgreens either needs to better staff their pharmacy and give their little remaining pharmacy employees a break before they lose their minds and quit or reject orders if they can’t fufill their orders in an efficient manner. It’s not okay for them to put their staff under that pressure or their customers to make them wait.Shame on you Walgreens.

If I could give Walgreens in Willmar a 0 or -10 star review, I would, that's what they deserve. The pharmacy is unexpectedly closed for the second day and nothing but a note on the door/window? After several attempts at calling the next day, I got ahold of someone who works in the photo lab who was kind enough to let me know that the pharmacy MIGHT be open again tomorrow, but who knows. Who really needs their breathing rx anyway? Absolutely shameful! Do not waste your time filling any important rx here! Find a different pharmacy.

ALWAYS have to wait for prescriptions, dropped one off at 7 pm and said I would pick up first thing in morning. Arrived at 10 am and was told prescription would be ready in 15 minutes. Why wasn’t it filled the evening before and ready? Because they want you to spend money on their ridiculously overpriced merchandise.

Pharmacy gave me expired medication. Filed a complaint internally with the company via email. Took information told me I would be contacted in a couple days by someone to follow up with my complaint. Was never contacted by anyone, I emailed to let them know haven’t heard from them, they never responded to me.

I grabbed an item off the shelf and the price literally said $11.99 until the cashier wrung it up and it was $16.71 so I told her and she scuffed it off instead of offering to look into it. So I told her after purchasing the item that I was going to go back to the shelf and confirm it again... low and behold I was right but when I came back to the register she was gone. So much for the customer service.

I have had terrible experiences at this Walgreens in Willmar. Checkout process is extremely slow. And many of the employees have bizarre, unprofessional personalities and demeanor that makes shopping here uncomfortable for people, like me, who have reasonable, normal social interaction skills. I would advice customers be very cautious about talking too much at the checkout counter. Strange personality types who work there can be an indicator of a lot of sin and evil. I definitely feel this store is unsafe because of its hiring and selection criteria of its employees.

Worse help ever ! Went to pick up some pictures saw 3 ladies down an ayo where clearly they saw me standing at the photos department no one went to help me. One of the ladies was a manager ( I knew that since she had previously helped me with my first photo pick up ) 20 mins passed and finally that same manager went towards the photo department looked around and asked me if I was there to pick up my second set of pictures I had placed I told her "yes" Me assuming she was going to assist me I didn't ask her to help me .... she said okay, and left ( I was thinking she was going to go call someone to help me .... no one came ) she went back to chat with the other two ladies down the hall laughing and joking around they were ... once again I waited an other 15 minutes and finally a lady came up to me and asked me if I needed help (not one of the ladies that were down the hall from where I was ). WORST customer service experience ever ! Never have I had an issue like this with Walgreens and that's why I used to love Walgreens over any other store to do some quick errands but now I'm debating to continue giving them business if this is the way they act with their loyal customers !
