Went into the post office today to see about just picking up a package since nobody would be home the day it was supposed to be delivered, the lady at the front desk was soooo rude and lazy. I asked if I could pick up my package and she just said no. Wouldn’t look for it, wouldn’t pull up the tracking number to even tell me if it was there like my tracking number said it was. I’m very frustrated. Her reasoning was that they were short staffed but I was the only person in the building!! After todays interaction I wish there were other places to have my mail delivered by.

2 Packages said delivered but never received that let's me know it was delivered to the wrong house or stolen 400 dollars down the drain

I am so thankful for the kind, helpful honest postal workers! They have helped me thru the years with packages, to now a PO Box. They are always willing to help answer any questions that I have. I truly appreciate their Service to us and our community!

The site updated on a Thursday to say my package would be here the next day (original day was Saturday). Never arrived from St. Paul. Cant tell me it takes more than 24 hours from departing there to get to Willmar.

The only issue I have is that they do not empty the blue postal box outside daily like they're supposed to. Your mail might sit there a week before they finally empty it ! They let it get so full mail starts overflowing from the top. Once I realized they were doing this I have stopped using that box. Some of us have important letters and things we expect to go out the day we put it in the box. I started noticing when my letters weren't getting to where they were supposed to for well over a week or more later.

On rare occasions USPS is “unable to gain access to front door to deliver the package”. I don’t understand it. I live in an apartment but the is never under maintenance or closed or something. I don’t get it why only some times the door is “inaccessible” and then the next day they deliver a package no problem.

Since early December my fiance and i have been having issues with carriers sending important mail back to sender and leaving packages that dont fit in the mailbox at the wrong door of our duplex, and occasionally putting our neighbors mail in our clearly labeled mailbox. When we have called the post office (Or when i have gone down there in person 3-4 times by now) we have done everything they have requested us to do and even recently we had an office worker personally come out and put an extra label on our box, yet the problem persists. We are lucky porch pirates arent more prevalent in our area as im sure we would have lost many packages by now if that was the case due to us being nightwatch people. There does seem to be one carrier who knows what he is doing (no problem with that one) but there is another (we were told our route is split between multiple carriers) who seems to be illiterate and incompetent at their job. I can understand an oopsie once in a while however this is a persistent issue and as of yet the carrier hasnt been held accountable for this.

Trouble with mails....have to call more than once about putting mail in the wrong mail box...will have to again on Monday because I'm receiving other apartments' mail and not/barely any of mine

Office people are very kind. But, there are a couple carriers that should not be handling anyone's mail. Very disappointing the last two months.
