I had a great experience with Ryan at Tradehome Shoes at the mall in Willmar. He helped me find a great pair of shoes and he was really knowledgeable about the shoes and their benefits.

We came into the store to buy shoes for my son and I. The two salesmen greeted us instantly. They were knowledgeable and helpful in finding us the best pair of high quality and comfortable shoes for school. They measured my son’s feet, brought out shoes in our sizes, and helped us pick out what we wanted within a few minutes. We have always found excellent customer service here. We will definitely return if we need another pair of shoes.

Yesterday 3-31-22 Myself, my son and my daughter all came to the store to get my son his first pair of Hey Dudes for his 13th birthday. I walked in and was greated nicely, and told the guy he was looking for black HeyDudes. He said "Those are hard to come by!" While looking at other colors he comes back with a black pair for my son. Mind you, I have never boughten these kinds of shoes before and was happy they had black in his size! We bought those and myself a pair. My daughter also bought herself a pair. We left and my son immediately put them on and wore them the rest of the day. Fast forward to about an hour ago and I was gonna throw out the box and I noticed that mine and his both said Wendy style on it. The shoes guy who sold my son shoes sold him a girls pair!!! What the heck. He knew 100% what he was doing as we had no clue. Totally unprofessional and now I ha ve to break it to my son when he comes home from school. Hopefully nobody notices that hes wearimg the girl version...ugh!!!

When I was there the staff Was very friendly helpful and I got out with under my budget and paying for shoes that was very comfortable
