I and my husband have gone to the body shop for cosmetic repairs and other odds and ends and Jake is always SO helpful. He is easy to work with and keeps us up to date on the progress of said repairs. He and his crew are timely with repairs. Went in for an estimate to get a box side replaced, Jake acted like it wasn't worth it and that I was wasting my time, said I was crazy and would be better going on a family vacation, obviously my money and business is no good there! I'm sure they do good work but they didn't want my business
