Was promised cheaper insurance so I left progressive. I was told o would have to wait until after my first 6 months before change would happen. Got a different car, my insurance didn’t go down or up but was stagnant the first month I insurance’d the new car, then the next month my insurance went up $60 with no explanation. This is a company that will clearly do whatever they can (lie) to get new customers. Bunch of frauds.

Obviously, insurance rates are going to very (both by person-to-person and company-to-company), but Suzanne Hass has to be the nicest insurance agent out there. She cares about her customers and will make sure they get the best outcome out of any situation.
