I called spectrum business for a simple name change. All they have to do is change the name. I can’t believe that it has to take over a month for that change. I absolutely hate spectrum and spectrum representatives. Really it couldn’t been resolved in 5 mins but spectrum love when customers beg. ?????

You have to BEG to get a tech to investigate a repeating issue. And they make it a huge pain to return equipment to the store. No level of customer service. Any decent internet provider could put them out of business in this area.

Becareful, I was sold on 1 gbpm, I got 500 mbps. When I went into question about my service, I acted like a new customer. I was told 1 gbps was around $80.00 which is what I'm being charged. On my account it's saying I'm at 500 mbps, I told her I did have an account, she looked it up, she said I was sold the 500 mbps and it would be $10.00 more. A little bate and switch, you decide.

Moved to the area where it’s really the only option. Ordered TV - net package.The TV guide is simply horrid- no recording DVR- you have add a fav then click a bunch of times to update the guide “with your fav channels “ you select something to watch and want to go back you have repeat the whole process. If you click too fast it opens and closes immediately- completely useless.. dropped the TV package and took the price hike on the net as I’m no longer “packaged” .Now I am getting intermittent internet outages and you call the number and it tells you how to reboot the modem and hangs up on you! Absolutely the worst service !

The only thing spectrum is consistent with is making sure your bill arrives on time…that’s it. The phone service is spotty at best, WiFi goes out quit often and the LTE network is horrible to put it lightly. The TV service is barley adequate and is definitely not worth the money, but to be fair no one else’s prices are much better. Hoping a streaming service will start offering the channels we want at a price that’s affordable. As far as customer service is concerned, don’t go into one of the stores expecting to get any type of help on any of their services. The only thing they want to do in the stores is either sign you up or sell you a phone. They can’t even answer basic questions. All they do is tell you to call there 800 number. Absolutely worthless.
