seriously one of the best placed to get a bed OR home furniture… recently bought a TV Console & Temperpedic Bed.. the owner was very great and so were the staff Keith, Brian & Jay… will be returning to do business here in the future and plan on getting a couch here which would make our 3rd happy purchase ! highly recommend this location !!

AMAZING staff & experience here at this location, Keith helped us thru the process and did a great job… Paul the owner was also very great and offered an S tier experience and Brian helped install our new temperpedic equally as awesome in the customer service too… HIGHLY RECOMMEND doing business here !

Honestly the worst place to work or purchase. People are being completely ripped off here. I’ve seen first hand how much they jack up prices even though you can buy the same thing online for much less. Good luck if you buy something and don’t like it, no one will ever call you back and if they do it’s probably just to tell you that all they can do is offer store credit where they will further rip you off. They only have sales associates to deter all the harassing calls they get all day. I couldn’t work for a company that takes advantage of its customers and treats their employees like pee ons. Employees were great but poorly treated, don’t be fooled by the amazing act of hospitality from management, it’s all a facade.

Our salesperson was absolutely fantastic. It was a slow Friday afternoon/evening but she still greeted us with a smile and got us immediately on the right track. We were there for a mattress. We didn’t know what we wanted but we knew darn well what we didn’t want. She walked us around and let us try all of the beds like we were Goldilocks. The last one we tried was spot on, 100% what we wanted and checked all of our boxes, including being a great price. Thank you for taking the time to help a tired, middle aged, married couple find a bed that will allow them to relax and rest. We appreciate you!

Great staff! Great experience. We walked in not really expecting to buy anything and made that clear, but the staff still showed us some of the really cool expensive stuff anyways and let us try it out. For example they have these RIDICULOUSLY fancy massage chairs and they let us try them out with no intent to buy. We were on them for a good ten minutes. We ended up splurging on a Purple pillow in the end. No regrets.

My husband and I were talked into a $6,500 bed here, salesman Carlos told us that if we didn't like the bed we just pay a $100 fee and swap it out for a different one. We hated the bed so went back for a different one, the price difference was $1,800 and we were informed that its in store credit only. Absolutely no mention of that when we bought the original bed. We assumed we'd be refunded the difference, obviously. He clearly left out details only caring about his commission on the sale. We've spent $12,000 here in the last year buying all new furniture for our home and don't appreciate being mislead and scammed out of $1,800. Will never spend another dollar here again.
