thank you justin carr!!!! ( our salesman)my wife and i went to the dealership to look for her first pickup truck. she had already spoken to the sales man the day before and informed him we were coming. when we arrived the salesman had the 2 trucks pulled out of the rows and sitting in front of the building. the thing that impressed me the most was the whole time i was looking over the vehicle the salesman spoke with my wife about the different trucks. he didn’t direct the conversation to me because i’m a man. he knew the truck was going to be for her and spoke to her that impressed me. the salesman was very nice, courteous, not pushy and very honest and helpful. she ended up buying one of the trucks and everything worked out fantastic. so if you want a great buying experience, non pushy salesman and treated great than head to this dealership in willmar. thank you guys for making our purchase a great experience and making my wife so happy.

Came in for an AC service on my '94 Impala SS and saw this '19 Honda Odyssey on the lot. The misses and I had been thinking about getting a van but not actively looking. Well the mileage, condition, and price was right, so we inquired with sales. We got to work with Jessica who was professional and made everything go smoothly. We did trade our old vehicle in and that process went superbly, trade value was perfectly in line with what KBB said we should get. All in it took a few hours, financing went smoothly and we didnt have all sort of junk pushed on us like weve had at other dealers. They were very respectful about it. Basically everyone we worked with was epic and made things go smooth and painlessly. I dont normally attribute that with buying a car, but these guys pulled it off! Everyone gets 5 stars. Sales, finance, and service.

Grateful for this dealership. ALWAYS great customer service, all associates are most polite. I realized I needed my car serviced in the am. They were able to get me in that afternoon for oil change and tire rotation. Always great service.

Took a yukon for a test drive today, I made it very clear that I was taking the truck to kerkhovan to put it on the lift and do a thorough inspection before purchasing. Got down the road from the dealer and fuel gage was on E, I put a 20 in the tank and I was told "there's nothing we van do about that" polite salesman, shotty customer service.

DROPPED THE VEHICLE OFF THE NIGHT BEFORE USING THE DROP BOX OPTION FOR AN 8AM APPOINTMENT. THEY CALLED AND EXPLAINED WHAT WAS WRONG AND GOT THE WORK DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER! SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS FRIENDLY IN ALL STAGES FROM MAKING THE APPOINTMENT TO PICKING THE VEHICLE UP WHEN IT WAS DONE.
