Truck was brought in for shaking when brakes were applied. All that was done was the tires were removed and they said the brakes were OK. Paid $30 for absolutely nothing. The truck does the same thing as it did when it was brought in.

i bought a new Ram in June 2020. Had problems when cold filling with gas. Took it to them to fix it they looked at it.Never heard anything back had to take it to a different dealer they fixed it in a week. Six months latter had the tenchener go out took it back to them told me that they couldn't look at it for a month. This Ram had 30,000 on it.Once again had to take it to a different dealer to fix it. They had it fixed in a week. Do not buy from this people worst customer service and don't stand behind what they sell.Stay away!!

Traveled from Fargo here to buy an SUV & it was definitely worth the drive. Great deal & staff. I would highly recommend our sales person, Gonzalo. He was knowledgeable, very honest & a pleasure to work with. You could tell he truly cared that the whatever vehicle we bought would be best for our family. He even offered & then brought my 4 year old daughter a bag of freshly-made popcorn. The Sales Manager was direct & respectful, no games. Ditto in the finance office with information & options provided but no high pressure like one may experience at other dealerships. We were treated well at Mills, love our new vehicle & would DEFINITELY recommend & will be returning. Thank you Mills!

I cannot say enough about the good service provided by Tom Holmquist at Mills Ford Chrysler of Willmar. We have purchased several of our cars from Mills and chose to deal exclusively with Tom because of his good customer service. Today was another example where he went above and beyond. My car wouldn't start and end we picked him up at the dealership with his charger, and he charged our car. He would not accept anything for this good deed. Personal attention like that is not common anymore.

For a Ford Lincoln dealer this place is so disappointing. I went in for a new battery, was told it was going to be one price, and charged $50 more. I was charged for a diagnostic test on a 6 year old battery when I told them I needed a battery and waited 2 hours.

The WORST customer service experience I have ever had. I waited over 2 hours for an oil change I made an appointment for. I was told this would only take 30 minutes. Today I had an appointment to get snow tires that were already mounted and balanced set on and my existing tires set off, a job that should also only take 30 min max. Even called the day before giving explicit instructions on what to do, and confirmed I would only get charged for a tire rotation. I waited again almost 2 hours and they tried to over charge me for the mounting and balancing that had already been done. They also didn't care when I expressed my disappointment in waiting time and told me some lady had to wait 3 hours for an oil change so I shouldn't complain. DO NOT GO HERE.

Went for a quick oil change as they advertise express lube lane... guess what they have but don't have. Confused yes I was but they only advertise it they don't utilize express service so at over 2 hours and still waiting. Do not come to this dealership

I took my car in for service, got the check point sheet and everything was checked as good including my cabin air filter. Got my car home and noticed a critter had been in my car and my husband checked it out. On the cabin air filter was a huge nest made by a mouse and the day before Mills said it looked great. Mmmmm? Makes me wonder about what kind of service I am getting.

Sales consultants not willing to work with you unless you finance. I was told today Mills policy is sticker price is not negotiable when paying cash. I will take my cash elsewhere.
