Called twice today.
First time I was ask if I could be put on hold for a brief time, I said “sure” six minutes lapsed I hung up.
Second time it rang nine times. Matt answered and said, how can I help you ? (Me) I said, Service please; then after holding for another four minutes, I got an answering machine

Alroy was phenomenal when we purchased our vehicle and it has been a great vehicle however I do not recommend this dealership for any of your vehicles service needs. The service department is awful with their communication and does not return phone calls after taking my name and number for the past 4 months to say they’ll call back and never do. I finally got in touch with their general manager and he was the only one to call back after months of trying to get my vehicle in and serviced for items that were purchased and written agreement at the time of purchase.

Cole did an awesome job on communicating on the pickup. Very happy with the service. We have had this pickup to 2 other dealers and they could not figure out issues.

2 hours and 35 min to get a return phone call from service dept. Have major issue with truck I purchased there 2 months ago. I told the receptionist that in the TWO messages I left.
Called Schweiters Chev after 2 hrs of waiting and they answered and are getting me right in.
EDIT: July 2024. Needed new tires on same truck. When I purchased the truck they said come back for tires and we will sell them to at cost. They did honor that verbal agreement (thank you) but that's where it ends. Just shy of 3 hrs to get a set of tires mounted/balance then they tell me when I'm paying they didn't have the tool to program the TPMS sensors and sent me across the road to their other dealership. Thankfully they got me right in and took care of it but another 20 min of time. Icing on the cake...get home and notice they didn't replace/reinstall valve stem caps.
Do NOT recommend their service dept at all.

Our salesman Alroy was awesome, however the paperwork to complete our financing took way too long than what should be acceptable. We were at the dealership for 4 hours on a Saturday which was unbelievable. The next week I then received additional blank forms to sign with no note or explanation of what I was signing. Hope they get their finance department straightened out.

On this trip had a good experience....mainly because they let me bring my truck right in and a training service tech and I messed with it until the problem was solved! Usually along wait or booked out, but this time they were willing to work with me and I give credit where credit is due.

Salesman found an affordable 4 wheel drive to use for my new post office job. Finance was thorough and explained all the options. My payment is affordable and I hope to have the vehicle paid off in less than a year.

March 15th traded in for a Dodge car ,was a great experience, Hillary gave me a fair trade amount was very pleasant ,Colton in sales very nice pleasant to deal with , Mr Wuerz in finance was also great to deal with , meet Jan very nice lady , Dillon was great he stayed after hours to finish a 27 step inspection . I've lived in Willmar 41 years ,was the best experience I've every had buying a vehicle. All very great people I meet at Mills , thank you .

Contacted Mills Ford and Chrysler about a used pickup. Colton was the sales person and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He worked to get me the best deal and even though I was out of state the sale went smoothly. I recommend Mills Ford to anyone.
