I’m only giving a 5 star because of the sweet employee by the name of Kathy. She was so kind and helpful when another gentlemen that worked there really seemed to care less about helping me. She’s a great employee!

Lakes country and couldn't find Non Phosphors lawn fertilizer. Asked several people in the department and they had no idea what I was asking for

We were at the willmar store bought 10 50lb bags of wood pellets getting ready to load them when an employee (Nick) came and offered to load them. It's not often that you can find customer service like that anymore. You have a good employee in Nick.
