WOW I MET ONE OF MAGNUM TRUCKING COMPANY DRIVERS HE LIVES IN STARBUCK, MINNESOTA AND I HAD TO AVOID RUNNING OVER HIM AS HE LAYED DRUNK ON THE GROUND ,WITH A BOTTLE OF EMPTY ALCHOL NEXT TO HIM ,AND MAGNUM lets him drive one of there big blue trucks ,when are you ! magnum trucking ,going to put this drunkard back on the road ,as he is a public menace! wjhen back in starbuck,minnesota ,the police have been called upon to remove him from nieghbors private property several times as he wonders about drunk ,handing out jehovah wittness phaplets,on nieghboring property's ,aside from being fired from all his past employers for being a know it all drunk! he went and got a cdl licence to drive truck. at least he is off the ROADS!

Please educate your drivers on how to drive, blocking a highway is not a bright idea. Had to wait like this. In front of Quicktrip on highway 12. (Truck waited for a minute blocking both westbound Highway 12 lanes and 1 lane of eastbound traffic was also blocked)

An appointment was arranged for Magnum to pick up a return of 245lb dog grooming tub that I had ordered. Not only was a required to secure the tub to a pallet (which was not an easy feat), but the company told me twice they would be at my shop between 2:00 - 4:00 to pick it up. I had been messing around with getting this tub delivered/returned for an entire month.The driver stopped at my shop at 1:15, and when I wasn't there, he left. No attempt to contact me at all. I got to the shop at 1:30 to be ready for the 2:00 - 4:00 window they had confirmed with me twice only to find out I missed the guy. My experience with this company, SAIA shipping, ebay, and love-happy shopping has been one of the worst I have ever experienced.

Magnum delivered a swing set to my house that I purchased on Amazon. The day before delivery, they called and asked if anyone would be around to help unload it. We said no, just to sign the paper. I called again that day to confirm that they knew 100% that nobody would be available to unload a truck. Again they said ok. The driver called before delivery asking my wife if she could try to get some neighbors to help unload, she said no, for obvious reasons. Completely ridiculous request. So he then starts to stress my wife out saying "well I dont know what we're gonna do then ?" YOU ARE A DELIVERY COMPANY , IT IS YOUR JOB! DO YOUR JOB!. so, he gets to the house and slides everything off the back of the truck Into the driveway, and my wife has to leave our 3 kids (1,2, and 4) unattended in the house for 20 minutes to go and put everything on the lawn, which the magnum employee assured me over the phone they would take care of, without our help. Then, he tries to give my wife all the plastic and bundle straps which she didnt want, so he just throws it all on the driveway and leaves. Terrible customer service , terrible communication, lazy employees, completely unprofessional. Do not use this company.
