First he showed up late to the airport for pickup (1 hr). Didn't have his wallet and I had to purchase gas. The car is in need of extreme repair. Windshield is cracked, ball joints needs replacing, thankful when I made it back to MSP. Only then the next day did I find out he fraudulently charged my credit card to the tune of $583. There is NOTHING HONEST ABOUT THIS MAN OR THE SERVICE!!

Very unprofessional. I scheduled a ride 5 days before to get to MSP airport, FIVE!! Even paid a fee of 110$ for confirmation as he said and the day came around for him to pick up my sister and he never showed, called, messaged multiple times no answer. I then had to have a last minute ride planned. 5 hours later I get a message saying he had fallen asleep, he apologized and I asked for a refund. He told me the money had already been deposited to his bank from cashapp and id have to wait until a week day to get my money back. Monday came I called and asked for it back and he only sent 65$ and said id get the rest the next day. So today i messaged and he said he'd been dealing with doctors appointments that id maybe get the rest of my money later I told him I wanted it tonight no later, nicely. He sent 40$ instead of the 45$. Long review but I wouldn't want this happening to anyone else. If you're going to run a business you should definitely be more professional, especially if someone calls almost a week ahead and pays the confirmation/deposit.

I recommend you ask for Joseph and listen to his stories as he drives you around to your destination. He appears to have some good prices for driving around locally in Willmar MN… If your read this post please let him know that you saw this post on Google.

Friendly, professional, punctual. Lets you know how long it will be to get there. Ive taken taxi before in Willmar was ALOT more just for a 2 mile ride home!! Very reasonably priced!

Called to ask to be picked up after 9 AM then was informed that because they had to drive before hours to pick me up that I'd have to pay an extra fee was also told that I had to pay the fee up front through cash app. I'm just Wondering if you inform your customers that they have to pay from the point that you leave your house to the point did you get back to your house, Or was that just for me specifically?

I had him take me to pick up something and when we where on are way back he pick up somebody else and drop them off first before he even got done with me I didn't know the guy he pick up he just turnt from where we was going and said I'm picking someone else would not recommend
