Tons of inventory but bottom line he is just trying to separate you from your money, doesn’t matter if it’s the right part for you because if it’s not he won’t work with you to make it right, I called and so did my dad and he gave me the run around then gave my dad a completely different story.

Left a phone message and an email to let them know that the part they shipped me was wrong horrible about returning or even answering the phone and responding to emails ill take my loss will not do business with them ever again ?

We paid 1500.00 for a motor and basically got a core he said he would get us the parts and it has been over 2 months with excuse after excuse and no parts and no tracking #. no help we are just out 1500 .00 for junk. we drove 6 hrs to get a engine and we got a core . buyers beware.

When it's the sellers mistake the buyer should not have to eat the shipping charges! This place cost me $55 bucks by sending me the wrong part. I gave them the part number for a 2007 F5 front bumper. He told me he had it and I told him to ship it. He sent me the bumper for a 2006 F series. I returned it promptly. I waited almost 2 weeks for the refund, had to call to see what was going on. I left a voicemail asking about the refund then the next day I see a refund for $75.00 which was the cost of the bumper. I paid $55 in shipping charges for the round trip. Very unprofessional.

I bought Klotz oil here and it was so old probably Klotzs first batch run in production. The oil was separated and did not smell like Klotz. Smelled like Amsoil and that is greasy!!! What a total ripoff. Place was greasy!!! I will never go back. Greasy!
