For 6 months packages were delivered to our address without issue. Now for over a week FedEx willmar can’t seem to figure out where we live. Getting ahold of anyone local is impossible. FedEx customer service assures me there is nothing wrong and that my packages will come that day…yet they never come. I’ve been doing this song and dance for over a week. If I could avoid using them ever again - I would.

I had a package delivered to my house that I didn't know needed to be signed for and I was gone for the week. And Matt called me on the phand we decided that I would go pick it up at their facility. Matt and the lady that was behind the desk when I got. There were very, very helpful and I appreciate it thank both of you

Why can I contact to actually talk to a real person? We recently moved and our driver continues to deliver packages to our old address despite many, many complaints and messages. If I could have a real person reach out to me it would be appreciated!

Fedex staff at the ground facility is utterly incompetent it seems... Delivery driver refused to put any info down on their sticky notes. AND ignored the one slip that authorized them to leave the package... Going as far as to remove said authorization slip, and removing said slips from further worthless sricky notes. Then when I tried to contact Customer service they were of absolutely no assistance.All their worthless representative could do was repeat in broken english "package will arrive by end of day" as if that answered my question... It also seems that they cannot follow directions, I asked them to knock on the front door of my house, not what is blatantly a door to the garage... evidently the driver didn't l, as no one heard it (thats assuming he really wven tried at all)... which is exactly why I made such a specification, as no one can hear when they knock on a door to the garage. Then, today, they didn't even bother trying to deliver the package and just drove right on by my residence. Fedex Tracking system is also horrible as well. It gives me conflicting info "Final delivery attempt made Tuesday at 11:04am", yet they apparently "attempted" to deliver the package the next day (Wednesday) and were supposed to deliver it today. And instead of leaving any info for where we may pick up the package, they have (apparently) decided to send my package back to sender, without even giving the option of an in-person pickup.

I don't know why talking to a human being is basically impossible. Please make that an option when someone calls because sometimes the automated services can't answer certain questions. The staff was nice but overall not happy that it took me traveling over the woods and through the river, following the yellow brick road, and making it through the dang Oregan trail to reach a person.

It’s virtually impossible to get a hold of the FedEx ground safety Director in Willmar,Minnesota. If your vehicles don’t slow down going through BROOTEN ,Minnesota, I’m gonna call the sheriff and have them start ticketing your drivers I would’ve called you directly, but there’s no way to get a hold of you. ???

My package has been in Willmar for 3 days which is a little over an hour away. Day after day tracking says it will be delivered by end of day and then nothing shows up. Tried to call, but it is impossible to get a real person. Daughter said she saw Fedex drive by earlier today. No idea what is going on, but we are going on 5 days late with no communication.

They’ve now delayed two days packages because I supposedly requested “future delivery” when I did no such thing! And customer service is NO help whatsoever! And god forbid you find a actual phone number for the depot so you can get a straight answer! Total joke!

I paid for 2 day shipping so that the item would arrive before I leave for the weekend and they “missed the 8pm drop off” and it wont get delivered till next week. The AI assistant is useless and the amount of hoops you have to jump through to get a human on the phone is ridiculous.

My package has been repeatedly delayed for various reasons, this last one said "weather" which there is none here today. They don't answer the phone during business hours so I can just pick it up myself. Very unprofessional and disappointing

I had two packages sit at this facility for over two weeks before Christmas. The company I ordered from re-sent the items, which then showed up three days after Christmas. We are going on week four and the original packages are still sitting in this facility. This is a brand new facility, with obviously the worst management and employee pool, or lack there of.

I would give a zero if I could. I have not received my last 3 packages! One was supposed to be delivered 1 week ago. The status has said "pending" at the Willmar facility for 4 business days now. Still not received. Now it says "delivered" but there is no package delivered. I searched all around my property and the neighborhood and cannot find anything.The 2nd package was express shipping. Meaning I should have received it 2 days ago. As usual the status was "pending" then delayed at the Willmar facility for the last 2 days. The current status says "delivered." Like the previous package I have not received it. I have searched everywhere and not found it.The 3rd package still has not arrived either and it is now "end of the day." I went to the Willmar facility and was given the usual "I'm sorry" and that is it. There seems to be an abundance of incompetance, not caring or a combination of both with the Willmar FedEx location.Everyday, that goes by I am losing money from these 3 consecutive packages not being delivered. By the way all 3 of these packages are NOT small in size. They are 29" x 30" packages. So I have no idea how all 3 of these could have been botched while being delvered.This is truly a situation where I may have to seek a legal repercussions.
