The lady was very nice and talked the whole time although I booked my appt a few weeks in advance, when I arrived she notified me that I would need my 1:30 appt moved till 4:30 because no one wrote me down on their list. I understand being short staffed but this really messed my whole plans for the day. I was going in to have my nails done for my birthday and then I was gonna go with my family to the fair, but since I got moved till 4:30 I did not get to do that and I did not want to have my nails done on another day. Moving on the the nails, I asked for acrylic with gel polish and a nice design with an almond shape. They were cut a bit uneven and when she came to do the cuticle work I was nervous, she went thru and cut them one time, added the acrylic, went back in and cut my cuticles again, and then painted them and went back in for a final cuticle cut. By the end my cuticles were hurting on a few fingers and my ring finger even started bleeding, as you can see in the second pic. The nail design and color was good, but I really would have liked a text ahead of time notifying me that they were short staffed as I live 30 mins out from willmar.

My daughter and I booked an appt at 9:30am for 11am and we're in the chair immediately after we walked in the door. Super friendly service, laughing and joking with both my daughter and I and making her first experience getting her nails done a fun one! I read some of these other reviews and don't understand maybe it's a you problem, I have not had my nails done in 10 years the gentleman that did them knew this because of my healthy, natural nails said he was surprised not to get more of a reaction from me when buffing my nails as it had been so long. Personally I believe it was because he did a great job and was careful about how he did it, maybe morning appts when it is not so busy is the way to go! Thank you for the wonderful girls day!

Fashion Nails is amazing! Our bridal party of 8 came in, and they were all ready for our appointment, and they handled our nails with such care! They made the bride’s nails absolutely perfect! We all left talking to each other about how great of an experience it was. Highly recommend!

This is what I asked for vs what I got and I’m not happy there is something in my pinky nail that isn’t supposed to be there. And the guy rushed through it and didn’t have the right products… my nails are not the shape I asked for or the length, let alone bumpy and some nails are thick and others are thin ash… disappointing! I really liked this place but I will not be going back. 90$ for my nails to look like this and the acrylic is on my cuticles.

The young man was nice but my nails look horrible there thick chunky I kept having to ask him to fix them and make the acrylic lower closer to my nail bed and it still wasn’t right. I walked out of there with my nails looking like I needed a fill after two weeks it’s ridiculous. Three of them are crooked.

Made appt for manicure and all they did was paint my nails and that was it. They overbook and try to get as many clients in with 2-3 ppl while they have 6-7 customers. Terrible service

this is what i got compared to what i asked for. i asked to not use the white tips and for the french tip to be drawn on. he said no because this would be easier for him. i then asked for pink hearts and he painted the nail a light pink and drew on hearts. i asked for the hearts to be cleaned up and he refused. he then did not wait for them to dry before putting on the top coat and they all smeared. none of the nails are even and all have bumps and dust stuck in them. absolutely the worst experience i’ve ever had. they charged $60 and complained when they did not receive a tip.

Let me start off by saying the ladies were very very sweet. but, the quality of my nails wasn’t it. each finger looks very different and there was a lot of polish on my fingers and hand. she went very fast and the lines spread and ‘leaked’ and weren’t straight and each nail is a bit of a different shape. also, my friend asked for dip powder and they gave her gel and they ran out of the color and gave her a color very different from the original color. they also didn’t trim them shorter like she asked. and they also would be clipping the nails and kinda clip our skin. but they ladies were super sweet!
