Elmquist Jewelers has been a great help to me recently! My mother had a necklace that she could not close the clasp any more. I brought it in and after being presented with several options, they helped me choose the one that would work the best for mom.I also had jewelry that I wanted to have valued and they did a nice appraisal for me. I have taken several other pieces of jewelry in to see if they were of any value and they checked those also.And I love the service they provide for checking and cleaning my existing jewelry.Everyone at Elmquist Jewelry is so helpful and brings other staff in to make sure we are happy with the results given.My husband ordered a beautiful ring there recently. And he was very thankful for the time that the staff took to find him the ring he was looking for.Again, thank you to everyone at Elmquist Jewelry. I had went in for a battery watch replacement and the receptionist lady wanted to charge me $15 "or" $25!! I thought such a asking price was outrageous and quite robbery for a battery doesn't cost no more than $7. The lady at Elmquist Jewelry refused to give me a breakdown of the itemized list of how much labor and battery cost for NO labor and item cost the same. With tax, my total came to be $26.97 ? ? And when I returned to receive an "itemized list" an older lady, an employee, began to yell and spoke to me in rude tone in front of her customer, and other customers. Her rude tone demonstrates the dishonesty of the company when you inquire about the price charges like I did in questioning the charge of my watch battery watch, smh. Go anywhere but this place, for they have no problem with being DISHONEST and trying to make a quick buck at YOUR expense. Do not go here for any watch battery replacement. Go to B.W.I that's just down the road. It's $7 there... like it should be. Plus, THEY were NOT honest with me about the ACTUAL price of the watch battery for how does a customer know if they are gonna be charged $15 or $25 and she choose the highest charge. Please see the picture of proof of how they "itemize their costs"...greedy people is what they are.

They were able to match my wedding set (from another jewelry company in another state) when I wanted a second band. No one would know it didn’t come with the set. Very impressed with how quickly it came in and how quickly it was soldered.
