placed an order foe a refrigerator on 11/13/2023 , they said they had some on order and that it would be a week before delivery. fast forward , called in over a week and they said it was on back order. this went on for 3 months . last week 2/10 / 2024 called about difference in price as it was lower ,they agreed to lower price and again said refrigerator was on order again. on 2/14/2024 gave a call and said refrigerator was in would be delivered on 2/15/2024 weather permitting but would have to charge me $30 to change door handle side . Would think that after a 3 month wait wouldn't be charged for this procedure as door is reversible model. All the while there was not any calls by salespeople on updates ,had to make calls myself to them. not happy to say the least ,thus this 1 star review. also these order was already paid for ,no financing.

These guys are super helpful and easy to work with. When looking for a few appliances they were great at helping us identify a more reliable model that was available right away. Better prices and way better service than Home Depot. When service was needed they were super quick to have someone come out and their service prices were very reasonable. You can't go wrong shopping for appliances here!

My experience could not have been better. Everyone treated me with respect. I had a new microwave installed and the installation team was incredible. And it was only a few days from purchase to being installed. Will definitely buy here again.
