Worst haircut of my life. Five minutes into the cut I said I wanted it shorter. The girl with the pink hair and last name Jacobsen said if I wanted it any shorter that I would have to pay for another haircut. She wasn’t even done cutting my hair. She asked me how I liked it and I said I wanted it shorter. She lost it on me. I get that it’s the end of the day. I will never be going back to Cost Cutters! ever!

Got in right away which was great.. Did a good job on the hair cut for my son... However... The lady cutting his hair didn't seem to be a very interested in doing it... Didn't talk to him at all... Of i asked a question she side looked me and answered in them least amout of words she could... So impersonal... Probably wouldn't go back there unless its was the only place available
Stylist: Very impersonal... Didn't talk unless she had to answer a question... My son said she made him uncomfortable... Did a good job on the hair cut... Just didn't seem to want to bed there

Very uneven and messy cut. My sides had about a one inch difference. And my back had stands of hair just cut half way off. My appointment was suppose to be at 1:00 and they didn’t get me to get my haircut until around 1:15-1:20

I have been going to Cost cutters for years and I absolutely loved it every time. The customer service is excellent, and I have never had a bad experience. Although Cost cutters no longer has online booking, and is short staffed they still never fail to impress my family and I. Many people get other salons and Cost Cutters mixed up and I believe that’s where the bad reviews are coming from but I absolutely love it at Cost Cutters in Willmar and will continue to go back.

Was fast and good haircut as expected. Didn't have to wait. She did a great haircut for me... Would recommend A+++
