“I am an elderly female and have experienced issues with OTHER mechanics that weren’t respectful towards me and lost my business! I had an issue that another mechanic couldn’t identify. This is my first time to Matt’s automotive-they did a deep dive into many components of vehicle and found the noise issue along with other areas of concern that needed attention besides my initial concern. My vehicle has about 50k miles, I bought new, and this is the first time anybody did a thorough inspection of important nature. All was repaired in one day. “I live in NW Ohio. Back on November 5th, I saw my dream sled on FB marketplace. It was posted by Austin. I messaged him on FB, and he answered right away. He asked if he could call me, and I said yes. We talked about the sled, and I told him I'd think about it overnight. The next day, I called him and put down a deposit to hold it while I worked out the loan details. Needless to say, it took about a week and a half to get everything set up. My credit union decided to be difficult for some reason to no fault of my own. I have great credit and have had numerous loans from them. Anyway, Austin was very patient and helpful. He spoke with my contact at the credit union to get everything worked out on his side. At one point, I almost paid cash for it, which I had. Despite all the issues, Austin never got frustrated with me. I know he had several people who wanted to buy it. I drove over on a Thursday night, 740 miles. When I got there, Austin greeted me and showed me the sled. He went over everything with me. I ended up being there for 5 hours because of more issues with my credit union. I worked with Kole on some parts I wanted to purchase. Had some conversation with Josh, another sales guy. He even gave me some stickers for my trailer. Also spoke with Trina several times throughout the process. After the transfer went through, they all congratulated me and thanked me for the business. Outside of my credit union, it was a wonderful experience. I would consider purchasing again if the opportunity comes about. And yes, I would drive 740 miles again if need be. The whole time off and on coming over and talking to him and stuff. I will tell you something this guy will stop if he has time to hear you out find the vehicle you need and get it to you at a really reasonable realistic price. “I own an older Nissan Murano with 56,000 miles. I had problems when I returned from vacation and the whole audio/visual system wouldn't work. I took it to my Nissan dealer and at first they were ordering a part. Never got back to me so I kept calling and I was finally told they don't carry that part any more so I was out of luck. Heat, air, radio, defroster, back up camera would not work. Steinbesser was recommended to me. Shane went above and beyond finding the right part from a salvage yard. Because of the age of the car that was the only way to go. Shane kept in touch with me throughout the process. He found the part and had it shipped. Jason worked on my car and it runs like a dream. Everything works perfectly. If I could I would give them more than 5 stars. What an amazing auto repair!”
