Went in for a manicure and they didn’t do what a manicure involves.. all they did was sand down my top nail reshape and just paint them. Terrible service .. they over book on clients when they only have 2-3 ppl working.

I had an appt at 2 - waited 20 minutes. No one said hi or anything. Some lady walked in and was seated before me. Was asked repeatedly if I was doing gel and I said regular polish about 3 different times. Was told no nail design on regular polish and was asked to pay before my nails were even done and painted. She missed portions of nails. Never used cuticle oil after - left me at the nail dryer and never came back to check on me.I will not be back.

So rude. I called in around 6:10 if I could come get a pedicure and the lady answered saying I could, only for me to get there (6:18) and the other male sent me home saying they were closing. I get they close at 7 but if so communicate that, or tell me you simply can’t. I was standing there while they just ignored me when I pointed out that the lady said I could come. Poor communication skills; HORRIBLE customer service.

THE worse mani and pedi I ever had. There’s NO WAY these people are licensed. I had to tell them what to do and how and they still didn’t do it right. They also don’t massages they pet you like a dog. They wouldn’t do my little callous even when asked twice. NEVER AGAIN! Want cuticles done. Ha. Nope. Waste of time and money.Services: Manicure

I have been going to this salon for a very long time. Most recently I got 4 gel manicures in a row over a 2 1/2 month period. On my first visit, the man that worked on my nails went right from giving someone a pedicure to working on removing the gel polish from my nails without washing his hands. The same man pulled clippers, a cuticle tool, and file from the drawer, used them on my fingernails and then place them right back in the drawer. It wasn't unusual for him to use the same dremel sanding disk on the lady sitting next to me (while my gel polish was soaking off) that he had just used on my nails. IT'S NO WONDER THAT I NOW HAVE NAIL FUNGUS ON ALL 10 OF MY FINGERS! When I went into the salon to show them and to get my gel polish removed they said it was my body's fault and that I needed to go to the doctor. The owner quickly removed my polish. He did not shape or file my nails and offered no help. Now I am on medication and it will most likely take 6-12 months for my nails to heal. (I hope I don't lose any of my nails in the process!) If you are planning to visit this salon, please be mindful and watch to see that the person giving you your pedicure or manicure washes their hands and that all the tools they use are clean and sanitized. Your health and the health of your nails depend on it.

I’ve been going here since I was in middle school (I’m in college now) they have always done an amazing job. Customer service is amazing. Absolutely love coming here. Definitely recommend

After my 2nd time going they messed my nails up and I asked if they could redo them of charge and they said 5 dollars a nail... after a week one ends up breaking off never again

I went in to receive the dipping powder. The gentleman did "ok" with the dipping powder. However, they never moisturized or applied lotion to my hands afterwards. So my hands were extremely dry. Additionally, some of the blue dipping powder from my previous manicure was left behind on two fingers. I will not return again.
