I had a minor warranty issue with an installation from last fall which is not uncommon when building a home and all the other projects and activity going on at the same time.Bryan came out today and repaired the issue but also went over the entire install making sure everything was perfect.It's not always about having an issue, it's about how a company responds to those issues and between Bryan and American Door Works, I couldn't be more pleased.

Our garage spring broke on a Thursday night; we called America Door the next morning, and they were able to make a service call the same day. They did a very professional job, no mess to clean up and everything works like it should. Ryan and Cole, Thank you for the quick turn around!

I hope you're aware that one of your employees, Ms. Debbie Dierkhising posted a very insensitive and factually incorrect statement on fb about Mr. Floyd's funeral. Ms. Dierkhising called Mr. Floyd a career criminal and since she believes him to be one, he should not have had his funeral televised. These are inflammatory and inaccurate statements, and will can only inflame passions that are already past the boiling point. As of now , there has been no facts to substantiate her claim of Mr. Floyd being a criminal, let alone a "career criminal". I hope your HR department investigates her post because they reflect negatively on your business.
