My experience was really good with ketrell jackson of i was to recommend a friend or family i would definitely recommend going to ketrell jackson. He is such a good agent , respectful, his smile and happiness makes it easy to buy a car . Never been treated in such a positive way like when i went to the dealer and ketrell jackson just made it comfortable and eady for me to make a desition. If i go again would definitely ask for him over and over again. Thank you Ketrell your the best .

I just leased a new car over a month ago. Steve S. Helped me with be super patient and knowledgeable in explaining the differences between the two vehicle I was going back and forth on. I would highly recommend this Mazda dealership for your future home away from home.

Ketrell was a skibidi sigma baller, no cap! I showed interest in a vehicle & within a week everything was ready with my trade, & the vehicle could be shipped & delivered, & my trade picked up. (I'm sure it would have been an even shorter timeline, but I was slow, haha.) We decided to go the 5 hours there anyway. But we got a great deal & everyone was so nice & helpful. Plus, it's a beautiful place. Ketrell was so great, I even named my car after him, lol! Highly recommended Walser!

The easiest time I’ve ever spent getting a new car! I worked with Easton and he was fantastic. Offered me a great deal on my trade in as well. And the best part was working with him from beginning to end including all of the financing. They don’t stuff you into a room with a separate finance person for 4 hours of time. Will definitely be purchasing another vehicle with them when the time is right! I also worked with Tory on a few questions and details and he was amazing as well. Highly recommend these guys!

Jennifer took great care of my wife and I today! I used to sell motorcycles so I'm familiar with the sales process. Jennifer did an amazing job walking us through the process without it feeling like a process. I was dreading the thought of buying a car today but it was a great experience. We have been car shopping for used cars for my two daughters with a budget and it has been a challenge as it's a gamble. We wanted to get Toyota Rav4 but are out of our price range so we decided to look for cars that will help the girls get from point A to B while one is in college and the other just finished college which we tried about 4 other makes. With used cars you don't know if the person has taken care of the car or what issues the cars have to why the car was sold. We've felt that most salesman at dealers don't want to deal with "used" cars. They want the big sales. If you are looking for someone who cares about your need vs their want, listens, understands, desires to help you in your journey, ask for Ketrell! We didn't end up buying but we were hoping that we would continue to have the great car buying experience with him. He was attentive and kept in touch by finding cars for us. I want to give him credit for his time!
