If I could give 0 stars I would. Shannon behind the pharmacy counter is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Avoid getting prescriptions here.

I try to avoid this Walgreens as much as possible. The service is poor, and checkout often times takes way too long. Waited five minutes for a manager to void a previous purchase. Finally walked out without purchase because the manager was nowhere to be seen.

Looking at the majority of the reviews, it appears that this Walgreens just can't seem to order things in a timely manner. It may be time to move my prescriptions to CVS across the street.

Never had a pharmacy that CONSISTENTLY has delays and no meds. From comments below: lazy is right. They get mad when you follow up and ask if things have been ordered etc…

Called about adjusting a price match from online to an in-store product. The first employee that answered didn't know the answer and out me on hold (which was appreciated!) and the second employee said they don't price match online to instore, I asked even if it's their brand product? She said no but put me on hold to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor was VERY rude and said they "just don't it's company policy". I tried to say that their FAQs on the walgreens website say they do and I wanted to know the exceptions. She kept cutting me off saying that they don't and hung up on me. Terrible way to answer people's questions!

Family went there to get the Covid booster, it’s listed as Pfizer on their website but after they fill out all the paperwork and wait, the pharmacist says they are out of Pfizer in offers them Moderna. NOPE! Waste of an hour of time, super inefficient process, super disappointing.

I made an appointment for the bivalent Covid booster (the Omicron booster). Surprisingly, I was able to get in right away. That was 5 days ago--they just called to tell me they gave me the wrong shot. And I can't get the booster I wanted for another 2 months according to the CDC. Wow, Walgreens. I guess that explains why it was so easy to get in at this location.

Photos I had printed online were not cropped right (some people were completely cropped out). After a long wait for the manager to come out of the back room, the first thing he does is put his hands in the air and rudely say "that's not my fault." I don't think he understands basic customer service. Did I think he was the software engineer that incorrectly designed their photo website? Heavens no, not even close. But as a manager of a store that provides that service, he is responsible for customer satisfaction, and this concept is totally lost on him. Things could use some big changes, and I hope that whoever is above this guy sees this and thinks about who they put in charge and what their managers are hired to achieve.

Pharmacy and store have been shut down for nearly a day, but no information online or on phone recording onhow to get my prescription which was supposedly to be ready yesterday at 11 am. I have had many unprofessional encounters with the pharmacy staff over the past 2 years, but this takes the cake.

Rudest employees i’ve ever come across at a pharmacy. Not only did they have major attitude with me while i’m trying to pick up a prescription for my mom but they also decided to talk badly about my mom ‘bugging them’ while she’s on hold trying to figure out why her prescription isn’t ready. This pharamacy is an piece of work
