My brother needed to see someone regarding his phone not working. I went with him and we both want to say a Huge Thank You to Rod for outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude and patience. He was the only one working on Friday 1/27/24 and he greeted each person letting them know he would be with them soon. Awesome guy and awesome service!! ?

Had an amazing experience with Rod at this location. He was able to help me with my SIM card issue without hassle and solved it right away. Scheduled an appointment and he was the only one working but was super attentive. Rod deserves this praise based on all the other great reviews at this location.

I went in after being at Best buy which told me what deals I could get but they didn't have the phone I wanted. Went to wbl sat with rod who was up and down left me sitting for 20 min at a time which was at least 3 times lied that he gave me discounts on the extras which I didn't want but he was so pushy and wouldn't give me direct answer s then to get home my phone has someone eles name that pops up and have wrong receipt in back so now need to go back in don't trust that I didn't pay to much and or someone else bill. Not happy
