I had a complaint about my mail delivery, and Carlos at the White Bear Post Office called me the next day to handle the situation. He was very professional and courteous, and really seemed to listen.

I go often to the WB PO - it is often slow but the workers are always friendly and helpful - just think they are overworked. Let's cut each other some slack folks. Times are tough. Happy Holidays!
