I have been a depositor of the White Bear Lake U.S. Bank for over 20 years and have noticed a steady and continual decline in their helpfulness and friendliness. It's as if they don't really care to help.

Absolutely love the downtown Stillwater branch, this White Bear Lake Branch is full of rude and arrogant tellers who behave like they do not have any time for you. I can honestly say there are two really great ones though. Everybody else that I have dealt with, and I’m there twice a week for the last 7 years, is just awful. I have tried being polite and friendly and asking how everybody’s doing, just nothing but bad attitudes. Just today, my math was questioned and I had to explain why I brought in $.17 to make the difference work… Really unbelievable. I will always drive to Stillwater when I have the time, and especially if I need some help with something important.

US Bank, White Bear Lake, MN does not employ competent persons in managing finances for any person. This branch has clearly violated the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA) a federal law, which protects consumers in providing important protections to consumers when they transfer funds electronically, including through the use of debit cards, and automatic withdrawals from a bank account. Even after the consumer has reported fraudulent activity on their account, US Bank continued to allow fraudulent transfers by this same entity/person. The issue was reported on May 24, now July 11th, the fraud claim still was not completed and the bank employees have denied any responsibility to the reporting issues on the banking side, in that we were told, the systems are not communicating with each other and that I will have to handle the reporting to Fraud Customer service myself. This is unlawful banking practice. Violation of Federal Law is not just ok.

Nice clean branch of the bank. It was pretty quiet and I was helped right away. The teller was knowledgeable and fixed my issue right away.

Walked in to see my mortgage banker. Stood in the lobby for 15 minutes, until my buddy shouts, does anybody work here? The 1 teller was on the phone with a customer. A guy came over and said we would have to wait. Then another person came to help us. But was of no help at all. I don't think they are not ready for live customers.I received several calls from US BANK personel. They made very sincere apologies. I was able to receive and send my information. The folks that helped me were understanding, very informative and gracious. Changing my review. ??

"24 hour business solutions " has no one present, even by phone, on Sunday at 1230pm. Oh, and forget about leaving a message. Mailbox is full.They really don't want small business customers. They charge us for use of Zelle, charge for paper statements, and are unavailable for assistance.Time to look elsewhere.

By far the most incompetent USBANK I have ever been in. Going in for simple transactions is like open heart surgery for a lawn care company. I can't name a specific person because everyone that I've dealt with there Has displayed a obvious distaste for the company they work for. And obvious distaste for the building they work in. And an obvious distaste of the people they work with. The scary thing is I spent many years working for this company. No changes. Sad for such a great hometown company
