Excellent experience at the White Bear Lake UPS store. I went in with two large boxes and was in a bit of a hurry. Sandy was helpful, efficient and very pleasant. She welcomed me with a genuine smile and asked how she could help.
The other associates were also courteous, friendly and seemed to enjoy working with each other. 5 ⭐️!

Sent my file to have printed some time in the afternoon and a few hours have passed and it was getting close to closing time (about 1.5 hour to closing time) and I haven’t heard back. I called this ups and was told they never got my email so I emailed them again with one of the workers on the phone to make sure they got it.
After sending my file again one of the gal said she will have someone print it right away as I will be around the neighborhood. I waited 10+ mins or so before I stopped here and when I got there my file never got printed and it took another 5 close to 10 minutes. Not sure if the worker with the accent (Donna?) or these workers simply don’t understand what borderless printing means as I even explained it so that I did not waste my time going to which I still did. The accent lady suggested she could trim the borders so that it will be borderless but then the paper size changes and that’s not even what I had requested and she wasn’t listening to my request at all and none of these two ladies did.
Everything was discussed over the phone and confirmed they could print it but clearly these ladies did not know what they were doing. I then called back to see who I spoke to initially and needed the name of the gal I had spoken to and Donna whatever her name is with the accent asked why with an attitude over the phone and said they probably left? Spoke to this person close to 5PM before I headed out and I guess they suddenly left before I got there?
I understand she tried to help and didn’t take the call but it was also the other gal who spoke to me that didn’t relay the message, gal with accent did ask me what I wanted and I sure did let her know but she still suggested ways that wasn’t going to work if the printer can’t even print borderless. She also claims she told me they don’t do borderless printing and could print bigger for me and cut it down to a A4 format when she did not when I was at the store. I did leave right after gal with an accent said she could just trim the white borders off my 8.5x11 paper print with most of the time with her back faced away from me while on the computer and I just answered no and that’s not what I wanted and left. Even if being a new employee or not find the answers or ask another colleague if they’re unsure to avoid situations like this. The accent lady needs to know how to handle such situations like this better rather than argue with customers over the phone and be more sympathetic whether in person or over the phone.

Josie did an excellent job helping me send a package off to California; she quoted me several options and associated pricing. Although I am a Honey, it’s best not to call customers Honey nowadays ;)

I visited yesterday, 4/17, and was helped by Taylor. She made quick work of everything I needed and went well out of her way to make everything work correctly. The entire time she had a big smile and fantastic attitude.
I still can’t believe I got as much work accomplished at such a small price and with such a pleasant atmosphere.
The world needs more Taylor’s !

Every time I come into the store everyone is so helpful, pleasant and friendly. Josie has helped me a couple times and Hayley has a couple times. I do a lot of returns and I know those can be annoying but these ladies take the time to be kind! Thank you for always be kind.

I am Tamar. Three days ago I was accepted as a Print and Sales Associate at your store. Sandeep the store manager came late at the interview and told me I should gave gone to Arden Hill office. I said that from Indeed the interview was appointed at White Bear Office. So she told me to come next day and work some hours, I went there and worked the next day but to my surprise nobody spoke with me about working hours, what would be my sallary and I had to call Sandeep to clarify. Sandeep told me she forgot to inform me about terms and told me to come next day. Altogether I worked only three days-9 hours, during this time nobody showed me what was my job, my responsibilities. Store Manager Taylor ignored or explained unwillingly and was always irritated and treated me like foreign trash. It caught my attention that Taylor treated most clients the same way. I think she is nothing close to be a professional and she does not know basics of serving customers and employees. I think such managers damage the reputation and reliability of the company. Today, on the third day I was ignored again. When I asked to explain what job I had to do she seemed unhappy and soon she told me to finish work and go home. On the way home I called Sandeep and asked at what time to come next day and she said that I was fired. I would say I went under inhuman discrimination during these three days. I am sure the staff like Sandeep and Taylor damage,and will damage many times the image and rating of UPS.

Quite unpleasant service. Today before noon I needed their services and I could see that the two women in front of the desk serving others were not kind, they were like frustrated robots, they are not good attitude to anyone, to any client. I hope this changes because part of their job is to be kind-I think it's part of the UPS brand. (This company is cutting staff throughout the country and maybe it is because the service they provide is very unpleasant and we decided to use another company). Hopefully they improve.

They lose packages that are supposed to be shipped. Even with tracking number they say they don’t have information on it and then say it was sent. They’ll give you a number that doesn’t even work to check on it. I have 90$ worth of things floating around and no one can tell me where my package is. It’s a joke.

Oh my God this place is so amazing. I had a bad experience with fed FedEx up on White Bear. They told me that they cannot return the Amazon product and the app and return it. FedEx told me that the product is too big and that I had to pay out-of-pocket just to return to Amazon. I came to this locations and their employees are very awesome. They tipped at the box minimize it and said this is the way it supposed to be done however, the only get to return one of my products from Amazon and they told me that this is not the way it supposed to be done this. The way is done. They even print out the picture and print out the tags and put it on my box And I had to go back there and take it back to FedEx on White Bear and it was a very very very shocking thing from someplace because I had all the information that they’re supposed to provide me. This place is awesome. I recommend people come here a lot.
