When you first opened the people were awesome. Next time I went in it sucked. Stopped by this evening (11/19) and Bethany helped me out. She's fantastic and I'm happy to bring my business here again. Give girl a raise or recognize her in some way please.

I went in with hardly any knowledge about THC vapes. Needed a bunch of questions answered and guidance on what to purchase. Jahlae was on duty and helped me so much! She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and so friendly. I am thankful for her and because of her, I will be returning. Thank you Jahlae!!

I've been buying my tobacco and tubes here for 6 months or so now. The inventory is always low. Gambler red was completely gone and so were the tubes. Like usual. The staff always says we need to put an order in. Buy some extra. A few less bongs and lighter cases and you'd have plenty of storage for it.

Can’t even follow simple instructions, wanted a vape with no nicotine because I’m trying to quit, was given one with nicotine (he literally ripped up the box before my eyes and threw it away while assuring me it was nicotine free.) So that set me back, and then when I called them back to ask about it he said “oh” and hung up, so I called again and he told me that I said “never mind” about the no nicotine, which literally wasn’t true. Prob. just trying to keep people addicted so they keep getting your business. Scam

When you sell the same stuff as every other smoke shop what sets you apart? Customer service. There's a handful of people there that are friendly. But today the cashier gave me a hard time for buying a pre-roll from them instead of "getting it cheaper on the street". Yea no s*** Sherlock. That's like going to Culver's and the cashier's like "Uhh you could just buy bulk burgers from Costco and it cook it yourself it would be cheaper actually". Like do you want the business or not?

Was randomly in the area and saw the banner from 96 so decided to stop in. What a great selection!!! Lots of glass, many unique pieces. Had other items I hadn’t seen at other smoke shops! Had to bring my fiancé back the next day so he could see all the cool stuff! Will go out of my way to shop here. For sure!

I have been going to same store for 8 years because there was not one closer to me. Finally, there is store closer & more convenient. Probably the biggest store in the area with more of a selection. Better prices on what I buy. Better hours, especially on Sunday mornings. I'll keep going back!

Google said store was open until 10pm - I arrived at 8:30pm, the Open sign was lit and flashing, but the doors were locked. If you close early, don't advertise you're open until 10. All other stores in the center were still open. Very unprofessional.
