Absolutely horrible experience!!! Brought in my daughter jr brides maids dress with over a month to get it done. Only needed a small amount off the bottom, had shoes on when he measured. Asked for it to be done just over a week before the wedding, just in case. He said that was plenty of time and not to worry. Well it’s a good thing I did!! The Wednesday it was supposed to be done they apparently “lost” my daughters dress but didn’t tell me until I went on Thursday to pick it up. Which it still was not ready and he said they were currently working on it but it wouldn’t be done until after the shop closed! So I couldn’t get it… So now I had to come back again the next day, friday, one week before the wedding. Came back friday and the bottom hem was terrible!! Very obviously uneven, one side dragging on the floor and the other side had all different lengths around. I was so disappointed. I told the woman I was not happy and she said they would fix it by Saturday. However now my daughter is not available to come try it on and neither am I bc we had to be hours away for an event. They are not open Sundays. So my husband picked up the dress so we could try it on when we returned. Well it’s Monday night and finally home to try it on and the hem isn’t great but I guess it is what it is. The thing though that absolutely pushed me over the edge is the BKACK PERMANENT MARKER LINES ALL ACROSS THE MIDDLE OF HER DRESS!!!!! ?????? it looks like it’s where they marked it to cut it super knee length short!?!?!? I was there when they marked it with a little white chalk thing. NOT THIS!! And they didn’t even bother to mention it to me or my husband when he picked it up!!! ???? they didn’t offer any discount or apologize or anything! That 1/2in off the bottom was $120!!! Ridiculous to begin with and it’s technically still too long and they damaged the dress!!! I will be contacting them AGAIN in the morning for a full refund!! Do not waste your time or money at this shop.

Owner told me he would call to tell me what was needed to be done. After a week with no news, I called and he said he didn't look at it. After 3 weeks with no news, I went back to the store and got my garnment back and went somewhere else. if you don't have time to take care of it, tell me instead of playing this stupid game.

Staff is extremely rude and they do not stick to their original estimates. Come up with excuses as to why had to charge more but should have contacted me first to explain why and see if I even wanted to still proceed with the repair.

I went in because I had a small rip in the jacket and they took it for less than 2 minutes time and professionally fixed it! I asked “Hey, how much do you I owe you?” And they said “No worries about that, this one is free.” I walked out with the biggest smile on my face because of this kind act, This place is the place to go for repairs!! (Make sure to do what I couldn’t and pay well!)

I may have gone at a weird time. They are in the midst of a management or ownership change of some kind. It wasn't an overly friendly experience, but the quality of their work is good.

Wow, they were so sweet. I needed a quick fix to my work pants, and they were Johnny on the spot. They had me take a seat and fixed it right away. I was so grateful and they did a great job.
