Me my bff and my mom drove here all the way from Hudson.my mom got a phone call last minute saying that there was only one person.we were about to leave and my mom got another call saying that apparently two people were coming to work so we turned around and came in.i got my nails done and chose gel,in light PINK, and got this,(and the heart that I wanted turned out pretty bad)

She took almost 4 hours to do a full set and pedicure, didn’t get any dead skin off of my feet, painted my nails the wrong color and argued with me when I showed her the color I chose (light purple) and the color she painted my nails (navy blue). None of my nails were the same length or shape and she only knocked off $10 from the price when she acknowledged that she didn’t do a good job. My toe nails were not cut or shaped and it was the biggest waste of money and time. I stopped in because I couldn’t make it across town to my regular spot and o left here practically in tears. Way over priced, it seems like they overcharge for the suburban area and not for the services. Worst nail shop experience I’ve ever had. The nail tech was there alone, very old, didn’t file my nails, didn’t speak the whole time, very awkward vibe.

Went in for a full set. Have been off and on with nails for 25+ years. I have never had my nails look this bad after getting them done! I paid $70 without tip too! The older woman did not talk during my time there. She only spoke in her language to boss a younger girl who was working. I would NOT recommend this salon at all! I have never posted pics but I will for this purpose.

If it were possible to give a 0 or less than 0 review I would. I have had my nails done for many years at various places and these are the absolute worst. My 6 year old son could have done a better job. my natural nails were very long and they destroyed them. I do dip which is a very easy on and off process. she clearly didn't know what she was doing. I'm having to go somewhere else to have them redone. Do not waste your time or money in this place!

I walked in to ask how much to trim toe nails, because I had a hip replacement and I can’t bend down to cut my nails! I was told $20!!! I then turned around to walk out and looked to my left and seen their price board for services, the price listed for trim toe nails was $10-$15 WOW!!! I mentioned it to her and she was like well depending on the toe nails! I left

We made a reservation 2 weeks in advance for 7 people to have our nail done for my granddaughter wedding. We questioned whether they could handle all of us at the same which they said they could. When we got there only 2 people working but they said another person was coming. If they couldn't provide the service they should have told us that. Terrible salon..

First of all I really hate to write negative reviews. I usually post positive ones because I wat others to know what services are good. Not the case here. I used to go to this salon for years for good service at very reasonable prices. I pay $12 for fill of 3 nails which takes about 15-20 minutes. I leave a few dollar tip as well. Reasonable to me. Today they wanted to charge me $40 for three fingers. Not ten but three. That took the tech about 20 minutes. That works out to about $120 per hour. Doctors don't make that much. I was caught off guard because I wasn't notified that was the case. They were combative and unyielding in any discussion. Looks like all the workers I knew before have left and new owners are clueless I hate to say about pricing and customer relations. Time to find a new salon or just do the nails myself. Really not that hard.

Was rushed, paid over $100 wanted a simple nail fill and pedicure after work today. I made this appointment days ago for 6pm. I walked in for my appointment on time and everyone looked like they were packing up to leave and didn't know why I was there. I was the only customer there. I had two ladies working on my nails and my pedicure turned out ok but was smudged during the drying process and she didn't care to check before walking off as the other girl continued hitting my skin with the grinder tool and losing control of it on my skin. My nails were rushed so fast and was the worst experience I've ever had and I'm a beauty professional who cuts people slack sometimes but this was worse that a 5 year old. My acrylic wasn't set properly, my nails were so thick with added gel layers polish that literally bubbled up and Peeled off after only seconds of her having my nails in the uv light at a time. Like what... are you serious.. I went home and had to buff off all gel polish myself and redo my own acrylic and gel polish. Stay far away from this, highly unprofessional, hazardous place. Unreal in the not so best of ways.

Great services. The shop is very clean and relaxing. Janny took her time and did a through job. I got what I wanted. I will keep coming back to see her. Overall my favorite spot.
