This gym is the worst. They have some of the most unprofessional staff. I have been to a lot of planet fitness gyms and I have never had someone treat another human being so impolitely. Many body builders do certain leg exercises without shoes on for better support. However, this gym was much less understanding towards someone with a disability. Lifting this way is the only way to prevent further damage to my feet. I also had a pair of shoes to put on between my lifts to respect the policy. The employee didn’t care and still kicked me out of the gym. For being a judgment free zone I’ve never felt so polarized by a gym in my life. I will not be giving my business to a company that treats those that keep them in business so awfully.

Typical low-effort, manic depressive customer service you can expect from the people in Minneapolis/St.Paul.
Only thing worse than the attitudes of staff are the attitudes of the general population that spend more time walking around extra slow, eye balling everyone, instead of actually working out..
Being in Minneapolis/St Paul is like being in a out patient insane asylum, full of crazy wackos.

It's so nice and quiet. Staff is very nice, machines are went kept and clean and the other gym goers are polite and help maintain that atmosphere. Even when it's a bit busy it's very welcoming. One of the best PF in the area. I debated on writing a review because I don't want the secret out ?
