Birch Lake Animal Hospital
4830 White Bear Pkwy, White Bear LakeDr Haase at Birch Lake treated our first family pet for 15 years until she passed away last year. We have a wonderful foster fail of a dog as a new member of our family and we have continued our relationship with Dr Haase as our primary caregiver. She’s so caring and recommended needed services while going over price points. The vet tech Bailey was so kind and remembered our previous fur baby . The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. Birch Lake will always be our choice for pet care.

We went with the 4 session package, as I wanted personalized instruction and the ability to ask questions. I’m totally thrilled with how much we’ve learned and Cooper is doing so much better than when we started. He is an extremely enthusiastic little guy around people and other dogs, but I feel like I have to tools to help him improve as he moves out of the puppy stage. He knows a lot commands and tricks now, and I’m excited to incorporate more in the future.Rita has so much experience and a wonderful positive reinforcement approach to training. I really looked forward to our sessions as she was so helpful and kind, and never made me feel dumb for what I didn’t know. She’s the best!

2126 4th St, White Bear LakeI recently moved to the area and pass every evening after my run with my dog. I always wondered why the line went so far down the street so we finally stopped. It had just finished raining so the queue was pretty short.
I explained to the person at the window that it was my first time and they suggested I try the flavor of the week which was raspberry. I decided to have it dipped in chocolate. And, got my dog a pup cup! They ask if you want the cup smeared with peanut butter and topped with a treat. That was a definite yes for my boy!
I tried to do the tap-to-pay but my card had just expired. The staff graciously allowed me to run to the car and grab another card! I completed the transaction at a side window. I am happy to report that the ice cream was FANTASTIC! Super creamy, great flavor--not artificial like most places. I now understand why the line wraps down the street every night!

The Anchor Coffee House
4742 Washington Square, White Bear LakeThis is a great little coffee shop with plenty of seating and a great atmosphere. My only reason for taking a star away is that their wifi does not work with some mainstream school browsers due to low connection. I was not able to do the school work I was hoping to, but really enjoyed my pumpkin pie latte.
