Customer service was wonderful and felt like I was being taken care with the utmost care. One purchase left a lot to be desired as I spent $70 on a very light weight Italian sweater for a very special occasion and within 1/2 hour I had over 6 snags in the front of this not so pretty sweater. I pulled them back through with a tiny crochet hook but they have left very noticeable lines in the front and sleeves. I am heart broken because I loved it from the moment I put it on. I don't wear a lot of jewelry but it seems like everything I touch to the sweater it snagged. Just wondering if you have had any other complaints similar to mine.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!We were checking out the clearance rack which is close by the employee office. The worker started yelling across the store to get away from the office when we were just shopping at the clothing rack. My friend kindly explained to her she was just trying to look at the clearance clothes and she threatened to call the police. It was highly inappropriate. DO NOT PUT THE CLOTHES THERE IF YOU ARE GOING TO THINK THEY ARE LOOKING AT YOUR OFFICE!!

I cannot say enough good things about this store and the employees (Natalie and Kelly are amazing)! They know everyone by name and ALWAYS make me and others feel great - their customer service is top notch and they are a multigenerational store in terms of items they carry. I’d highly recommend shopping here for basics, pants and of course a special event. They will surely help you!

This is my favorite place to shop for trend right good quality clothes and bags. The owners are so kind and never pushy. They all give honest recommendations for fit and colors. I visit at least 4-times a year and I’ve never left empty handed.

I highly recommend!!! The great customer service, friendly staff, and attention to detail doesn’t get any better. Natalie was so patient and really listened to what I was looking for. She took the time to pull every piece she could think of until I found exactly what I wanted. THEN they didn’t have a piece of jewelry I really wanted so she went above and beyond to get it ordered for me! This is a small business that really works hard for their customers. Thanks ladies?

There are many Mainstream Boutique stores out there, but none of them come even close to rivaling the customer service that is provided by Kelly at the White Bear Lake location! I have been going through some challenging times lately and Kelly has been there to help to whatever extent I have needed and cheering me on endlessly! I cannot say enough about the quality of their clothes, their entertaining new release videos and of course their amazing staff. Thank you! You’ve got a loyal customer in me.

I’ve been a customer if this store for years, but was very disappointed in my visit today. Today I was literally chased by an employee with hand sanitizer. I had my hands in my pockets with no plans to touch anything, and she said it was a requirement. Well if it is required you’ve lost a patron. It is not the law, it is either that employee’s requirement or the owners. Either way I will not be back.

I love shopping at this boutique! The clothes are amazing, and priced just right! Their live videos are fun to watch, and the details given about each piece of clothing really give you an idea of the fit and size that’s right for you. This is especially helpful since I live out of town, and cannot try things on. Their customer service is second to none! I highly recommend this boutique!!!

I saw their online live video shopping event and texted my interest in an item. Received a follow up email a few hours later saying it was being held for me and to let them know whether I would pick it up or if they should ship it. Stopped in the next day and found another item as well… Very pleased with the service, quality and stylishness!

These ladies know their stuff! Recently they have improvised and started doing live videos and they are so relatable and fun to watch! it's like going shopping with your best girlfriend! my last purchase I asked them to throw in two suprises to push my limits for style a bit and they nailed it... and they look beautiful on me. if you are looking for a fun place to shop this is your place!
