Locker rooms are nice. Gym is kind of cramped with the machines and amount of people at times... definitely shouldn't be onyx level, but whatever! Still a proud member.

Amaaazing from the perspective of mother, gym rat, and business owner! I took six years off regular time at the gym and didn’t know where to go anymore. My favorite spots closed down. Lifetime is a game changer! My kids can have fun, they have a place to go, without babysitters or family to help go on dates (which is amazing) and today I found the cafe has something to eat. The amount of healthy meal prepped foods that you can just grab and eat was astounding. I am so impressed. Literally made my week.Thank you for changing our lives. We can breathe, date, feel emotionally and physically balanced and find community.Oh and don’t forget the classes. GTX is my new fave and I’m not a runner!!! ??????

Recently moved in the area and started visiting this Lifetime as a previous regular at Woodbury Lifetime and then Plymouth Lifetime and I've gotta say, I was completely underwhelmed. I didn't get LifeTime vibes at all. Feels more like a community center or a low-tier YMCA. They should create a "Bronze" tier to categorize this location under.I haven't had any encounters with staff yet so no comment on them but the facility itself is so tiny. You will find yourself waiting for machines very regularly. I am an early bird when it comes to lifting in order to avoid traffic as much as possible but won't be as effective here it seems. For example, there's only 3 flat bench press stations and 3/4 free weight benches...The low ceiling and seemingly poor ventilation(feels hot and damp at times) is also a buzz kill to your workout. Will probably look for a cheaper place strictly for lifting because this one definitely isn't worth the price tag unless you're here for tennis or cardio.

My family and I where looking for a gym in the local area today. Stopped at this facility today and was turned away for a tour of the gym. It was a complete waste of my time to stop into this futility today.Places that had no problem with showing me around there facilities today and would recommend over this facility.Shoreview community center.Roughly $90/monthly for a familyForest Lake YMCARoughly $123/monthly for a familyShoreview YMCARoughly $123/monthly for a familyRookery (Lino Lakes)Roughly 100/monthly for a familyAll of these establishments assuming are half the price of Lifetime with exceptionally better customer service.

Fitness side was good; however, would not recommend swim lessons and the summer kid’s program - no water bottles allowed. We ended up pulling our kiddo out of the program a month early due to dehydration issues. Poor/inconsistent communication (parents of campers talk, info. is not consistent).Swim Lessons: Not as good as FOSS. Our kiddos did not learn much during the couple months they were there. We ended up going back to FOSS where you can see drastic changes.Bottom line, membership is not worth it.

WBL is my favorite Life Time in the area. It’s not over crowded and the staff is very friendly. Work out area and locker rooms are really clean

The coaches push me to always do my best at each class so that I continue to get stronger and improve my endurance.

This club is way oversold. Classes are beyond full, sometimes I cant find a parking spot and just go home. Plus the fitness pool has been closed most of the summer and the rates just went up AGAIN! I've been a member at this club location (under several different owners) for 30 years and used to enjoy it. Now it's just luck if you can have access to the features you want. It must be all about the profit margins.

Rude, arrogant people working here. Seems they have too many costumers to be helpful in any way. Unbelievably pretentious when asked about the tennis department and membership rates. Not hard to at least give a decent response. You can keep your facility... After walking back our car it's probably a gift anyway by looking at all the unsavory types looking threw car windows.

I think for the size, this shouldn't be an Onyx membership.. Lifetime changed their pricing/structuring of their pricing, and it seems like this gym is more of a gold.. It's small, and can often be hard to find machines for working out. I always admired the friendly staff and how clean it was.. BUT I have since moved to the Woodbury location.. Much more to offer, and wayyy bigger.

Great place for tennis instruction for kids and young adults. Our daughter has been taking individual and group lessons over the past five years and absolutely loves it.

Did not get let in. Showed ID on phone but made me go home to get the physical copy. Great gym but 0 for customer service. Hated the one guy at the front desk. Not nice at all. Should fire him. Bad for the company.

Currently under construction. Healthy environment. Welcoming people. Can bring your kids and have them in the kids academy while you swim, workout, go to the spa, etc. Each location does vary though.
